Invertech technology

In 2020, IVC developed the Invertech technology for the production of sheet vinyl. It is a unique technology, combining PU lacquer and mechanical embossing.

Invertech brings both aesthetic and functional benefits. With Invertech our products are produced without glossy marks or cloudy spots and offers a significant protection against dirt and scratches.

The formula of the PU lacquers ensures no breaking of the protective layer during installation.

An even, dirt-resistant layer

Thanks to our unconventional and innovative approach, the Invertech technology was created, combining all the features of lacquered and mechanically embossed floor covering.

By improving the process, defects associated with excessive overflow of the protective layer have been eliminated, which resulted in local "turbidity". The problem of local lack of PUR layer on surface of the floor covering was also solved.

This ensures that the entire surface of our products has been covered with an even, durable and dirt resistant protective layer, which was developed especially for the new technology.
